'Tis officially Christmas eve, so Merry Christmas and happy holidays to all those celebrating! It has indeed been a jolly holiday week for me, reunited with K in warm and wonderful California where Christmas trees and palm trees hang out side by side around every corner. If that isn't a festive sight to make my tropical heart happy, I don't know what is! :) A weekend full of food and friends starts right now, but not before I shared a little plaid dress inspiration for your own weekend, whether it involves low-key hangs at home or a formal fête.

Holiday plaid is a no-brainer, but I feel like I've discovered a whole new world outside of oversized flannel shirts and cheery plaid pajamas with this bodycon t-shirt dress! I dressed it up with a classic red lip, sequined gold and bows on toes for a party-appropriate look, but I'm already excited to lounge in it tomorrow morning with a cozy cardigan, moccasins and a hot mug of coffee in tow! Come summer, I'm sure to be styling it with sneakers and a leather moto jacket on the weekends or best of all, using my favorite styling trick for bodycons.. tucked into a midi or maxi skirt. At under $15, it's some bang for your buck, no? :)
