A Few Favorite Winter Outfits

A rare occurrence in recent months- I feel no inner push today to channel any intense vibes into my writing. Just in the mood for some good old fashion loving, and that reminds me to ask this- remember when MMS used to be a fashion blog? 😅 There’s of course been a natural evolution away from material pursuits as I’ve grown older, but I think that I’ve also talked myself more recently into believing that a fashion blog is of no service to anyone given the state of the world. Add to that my love of thrifting and the accompanying inability to provide direct links to the pieces I wear, and somewhere along the way, I figured that not sharing at all is better than providing less sustainable alternatives.

In 2020 though, I’ve enjoyed the shared conversations around WFH outfits on Instagram Stories so much (among the other everyday things I post on there) that it got me thinking about bringing back fashion on the blog a little more too. Sometimes, like today, I can share links to the outfits. Other times, I probably can’t. They can both hopefully inspire to live a fuller life just the same.❤️
