Hi there, folks! I'm going to let the pictures talk more today than they usually do, because science is kicking my butt this week. Well, it always does, but my regular coping mechanisms of caffeine and sugar seem to have forsaken me when I most need them. But the internet and my blog schedule wait for none, so here's the third of the five looks that I wore on vacation with my family in Goa.

My love for maxi dresses is no secret (see this post and this post for evidence), so when I spotted this printed silk number in perfect condition while thrift shopping, I knew it was coming home with me. I got really lucky with this 100% silk find of European make, and had been patiently waiting to wear it since buying it in the fall. It was the perfect pick for a day spent lounging by the beach and sipping on mocktails.. Light and airy, yet a statement piece. A harness style body chain, a bold lip and simple flats accompanied the dress when I made my way from the beach bar to lunch. What do you think of this look? Are you too a fan of silk maxis? :)
