I feel something akin to a skin changer on this freaky Friday, my dear friends, because I feel rather, erm.. sporty. My lithe limbs and nimble agility may have fooled you into thinking that I have certain athletic capabilities (You have been thinking that, haven't you? ;)), I'm personally more of a Scrabble and Boggle type of girl, y'know. My penchant for board games (and apparently sarcasm) aside, I absolutely love when fashion allows me to switch it up and try something that's out of my comfort zone! Blame it on being married to a sport fanatic K, but for the third installment of my favorite summer trends with Kissue (see previous posts here and here), I picked sporty chic.
It can be quite the challenge to find one's inner Sporty Spice if one's always leaned towards Posh's high heel situation, but I find that I do best in unfamiliar territory when I take baby steps. Case in point: Sneakers with neon pink laces. You dig? ;) I own my share of crop tops, but I was pleasantly surprised at how much I loved the relaxed yet structured fit of this boxy white one with mesh paneled sleeves. Paired with a mesh trimmed leather skirt, my backpack and I had quite the comfy rainy day running around town. :)
